Program Overview

ADAPT (Analytics for Decision making and Agricultural Policy Transformation) is a three-year program executed under a partnership between the Government of Odisha, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Samagra Development Associates. ADAPT aims to enhance farmer prosperity by enabling Odisha into becoming the leading state in the use of data and technology in governance. They key objectives of the program are:

  • Developing a data stack of all agriculture related information
  • Developing a decision support system around key agriculture metrics
  • Strengthening review and monitoring to drive process and policy changes
